The final meet of the regular season was Saturday at Chabot College in Hayward for the College of Marin Swim & Dive Teams. It was their second meet in as many weeks as the team visited Las Positas College the first weekend in April.

In the dive tank sophomore Brandon Guy was his consistent self as he took second place in the one meter diving competition. His placement in this and the previous meets this year means Guy will compete in the NorCal Diving Championships at Delta College on Saturday, April 15^th. Placing in the championships will determine Guy's conference ranking as well as qualification for the California State Championships.

In the racing pool, Hope Garrett and Annika Mellin both had excellent finishes to their regular seasons of competition. Garrett finished in third place in the 200 yard butterfly and placed seventh in the 200 yard Individual Medley. Mellin placed fourth in the 100 yard butterfly and took seventh place in the 200 yard backstroke.

The Marin duo of Garrett and Mellin will lead the Swim team to the Bay Valley Conference Championships at Merced College from April 20^th-April 22^nd.
