Rachel Reher and Kailani Kwan-Sy went into the Big 8 Pairs Championship seeded #9. They took on Cosumnes River #2 the first match and came away with a 2-0 victory. The next round was against American River #1 – the eventual Champion – in a closely contested match. Marin fell in the third set and lost 2-1. Afterward, Reher/Kwan-Sy finished the day with wins over American Rivers’ #3 and #2 pair, ending the tournament as the fifth seed.

Marin athletes will compete in the CCCAA NorCal Regional Pairs Championship on Friday May 3, 2024 at either Sacramento Softball Complex or Sacramento State University. Winners of the day will compete on Saturday May 4, 2024 at Sacramento State University.
