College of Marin Women’s Basketball (14-9; 6-5) cruised by the Contra Costa Comets (1-16; 1-10).  Crosswhite posted her 9th double-double of the season to lead the women’s basketball team to a 68-45 win over Contra Costa College Wednesday evening. The Mariners led 29-20 at halftime. 

College of Marin outscored Contra Costa 20-10 in the third quarter, giving them a nice lead going into the fourth quarter.

Three Mariners reached double digits, led by Jayden Davis (16), Isobel Crosswhite (15 points; 14 rebounds), and Aulani Leomiti (11). The Mariners shot 36.4% from behind the arch. Davis led the pack with her assists (6). Yusiry Deleon fired up the bench with her defensive presence with 3 steals.
