The College of Marin Women’s Basketball team (5-2) battled with the Shasta College Knights (4-3) from the tip-off. Throughout the game, the Mariners never backed down giving the edge over the Knights with a final score of 69-60.  

The sophomores lead the pact in scoring: Jayden Davis, 22; and DaRia White, 18.  

Freshman post, Isobel Crosswhite grabbed a season-high of 15 rebounds.  

“Balanced scoring is what continues to make us successful – DaRia was a huge burst of energy off the bench to compliment the shooting of Aulani and Jayden. Our shot selection was terrific and we knocked down big shots down the stretch to secure our lead.” -Coach Shaefer  

Next, The Mariners will be traveling to Eureka, CA to face Redwoods College on Tuesday, November 22 at 5 pm.
