Emily Schaefer will be entering her fourth season as head coach for the Mariners. John Berry is returning as an assistant coach with two new additions to the coaching staff: Amanda Lassiter and Errayanna Hatfield. 

Under Coach Schaefer’s leadership, the program philosophy is to develop the human, the student, and the athlete. Their objective is the create good habits on the court, in the classroom, and in life. The Mariners have a strong core returning who gained a lot of valuable experience as freshmen. Their experiences and leadership will allow them to set a great example for our incoming freshman class 

Each season is a new journey. Our team of athletes are talented, determined, and growing together every day. We are focused on controlling what we can control and working hard to improve ourselves with every practice, skill session, and training to be able to compete together at a high level throughout the season. 

The first game for the Mariners is Tuesday, Nov 1st at 7 pm against Skyline College. On Thursday, Nov 3rd, the Mariners will be hosting Hartnell College at 5 pm at the Don Barksdale Court.
