2024 Season Wrap-Up: Women’s Basketball

The College of Marin Women’s Basketball team has wrapped up their 2023-24 campaign with a record of 14-14 overall and 8-6 in conference play. 

Securing the fourth spot in the Bay Valley Conference standings, the Mariners showcased their skill with an average of 57.4 points per game. 

Isobel Crosswhite, a standout sophomore, concluded her stellar tenure as a Mariner by tallying an impressive 785 points (ranking 2nd in women’s basketball history) and grabbing 629 rebounds, a feat that places her atop both men’s and women’s basketball in rebounding. Her remarkable performance earned her a well-deserved place on the Bay Valley Conference – All-Conference Team. 

Another sophomore standout, Aulani Leomiti, capped off her season with a notable achievement, securing the third spot in 3-point percentage with an impressive 31.3% in the Bay Valley Conference. Aulani scored a total of 573 points. 

Looking ahead, the Mariners eagerly anticipate the return of seven key players for the upcoming season. We extend our sincere gratitude to our scholar-athletes for their unwavering dedication to their sport throughout the season. Although the on-court action has concluded, the Mariners remain committed to academic excellence, striving to achieve a high team GPA in the coming academic term.
